Tickets for the Foodbuy Supplier Conference 2020 have remained the same as the previous two events in 2016 and 2018 at £3,000 per head (exc. VAT).

At Foodbuy, we want to ensure that as many of our suppliers as possible can attend the event, even those smaller ones that we work with. We understand the investment in attending may be difficult for smaller operations and encourage you to discuss this with your Foodbuy contact.  
Cancellations and name changes must be confirmed in writing. The following policy applies:
Over 30 days’ notice - full refund
15 - 30 days’ notice - 50% refund
Less than 15 days’ notice - no refund/transfers

Prices are ex-VAT.  Foodbuy reserves the right to alter any element of the programme, such as speakers, times and venue, should the need arise.  All bookings are subject to acceptance of Foodbuy terms & conditions. This event is designed for current and potential foodservice suppliers to Foodbuy.

Conferences that take place in the UK are liable for UK VAT as they are classified under VAT legislation as ‘services supplied where performed’ and therefore VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged. Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can potentially reclaim this back from the UK VAT office.
